A successful automotive manufacturer decided to implement a new integrated collaboration platform for more than 200.000 employees. The platform included email, chat, web & video-conference services and the support for virtual project teams worldwide.

    To realize this challenge, the company needed to move some of its IT services to a Private Cloud. The main goal was to enable the business to benefit from faster and cost-optimized provisioning of services and access to the Service Management portal.

    Devoteam reduced complexity for the company, optimized its costs and improved flexibility & time to market. We designed and implemented the orchestration and automation of all provisioning processes between the company's systems, the service portal and the cloud provider to enable bundled collaboration (i.e. provisioning of MS Exchange accounts, Lync accounts, SharePoint sites, VoIP, Fax, PKI, Blackberry, etc.).
    Devoteam also evaluated Microsoft Office 365 for the individual customer requirements.
