- First steps
Devoteam gave me the opportunity to hold different positions. I joined Devoteam as a project manager, managing a number of ITSM tools implementation projects. Then I was in charge of delivery, meaning coaching project managers while working on best practices. Then I’ve been responsible for operations and I hierarchically supervised employees. This experience has been a turning point in my career at Devoteam. I learned a lot on the profession. Two years later I took in charge the skill centre management. I am now Director of the entity Services at Devoteam Solutions France since 2013. This entity gathers more than 130 consultants working on service management and assurance service.
- Career milestones
There are several actions that I am proud of. Nevertheless the project that really left a mark on me at Devoteam is the Promise Project at Sanofi. I led this mission as Project Director in order to harmonize the ITIL process and to set up the tools related. The project was highly collaborative as different countries and entity like Devoteam Solutions, Devoteam Consulting, Devoteam Poland or Devoteam Denmark, were involved. About 25 consultants from various backgrounds have contributed to the project success. This experience last 26 months (from October 2009 to December 2011). Without the synergy of those consultants from different countries we would not have succeeded. I’m really proud for having managed such a motivated and international team.
- Everyday life
My work consists of making my entity efficient. It’s a daily challenge: sell services and projects, add value to our clients, deliver quality missions, and make the entity grow. I’m lucky; I can rely on motivated and quality people. The management team is very bonded. I’m the one who gives the impulsion to the employees to make them comfortable to give their best.
